Voldemort lost his powers in Godric's Hollow. He became "less than the meanest ghost", with no physical body. Then, he lost his wand there. He spent 13 years in Albania, hidden from anyone...He couldn't perform any magic as he didn't have a wand.
Later in the Riddle House, when Voldemort returned to England and get his body back he actually had the wand again, his own wand. With the events which happened at the end of GoF we KNOW it was HIS wand, the ORIGINAL VOLDEMORT'S WAND. Well, where the hell did he get it? and what's more interesting - who?
Petter Petigrew? Could had been he who, wanted dead by his ex-friends, went to Godric's Hollow and got the wand, and went to Albania looking for his master?
Peter could have had it before all that. When he knew his master was "dead" he went to recover the wand from Godric's Hollow! Assuming that: why then he did not for Voldemort, as went for his wand? At least, he was the Secret Keeper, he was the only one who already knew where was it..
He had keep the wand safe for nearly 13 years but...where?Somewhere where it would never be found. Sure not in the Burrow
but does anyone think Wormtail is really smart enough and quick enough to have done all that? There must be more to this...

wow..simply he throw the wand off the window and told wormtail who obviously was with voldy...and then he returned to it...so obscure...
